Leading the School Pulse Panel at the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics, Erin accelerated data delivery by 50% and built streamlined systems to improve longitudinal comparability—helping policymakers act on timely, high-quality K–12 data.

Erin has deep experience evaluating over 350 awardees and uncovering critical insights, such as wage disparities in the early care and education workforce.
